Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
An evidence-based skills focused treatment for emotion dysregulation symptoms. This can include the experience of intense emotions resulting in high verbal conflict, aggression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts/behaviour, low mood, high anxiety, substance use and/or numbing of emotions.
