Dear Reader,


I have been collecting sentences or phrases that I look at, smile at every morning when I get up, and then repeat them out loud. They make my day full of energy and confidence!


"I am ready for today's challenges."

USE this affirmation when I feel….

  • anxious about something

  • nervous or I am not confident about my ability to do things

  • like I don’t want to face any challenges or conflicts

  • like I don’t have any energy when getting up

  • like I don’t want to go to school/work

USE this affirmation when I feel….

  • down and am not sure of my feelings.

  • hurt because of people’s feedback or comments.

  • unhappy for no reason.

  • like I’m not wanting to meet people.

  • like I want to have more friends but I feel shy.

  • like I don’t have energy to go out.

  • like I struggle to make new friends.

  • like I don’t believe in myself.

  • like I am not a good person.

  • lonely and am having a hard time with relationships

  • no one at school/work wants to spend with me

  • vulnerable and looked down upon.

  • my efforts and abilities are belittled by others.

  • like I’m going through a really difficult time in my life
